Finally here

Well here it is my first blog entry from USA. After around 20 hours of travelling i finally arrived safely at Terra's place. Generally everything went okay from home to the airport. There I dropped everything twice but nothing went missing so i just picked up stuff and went on with things. On the flight to detroit nothing really happened, the flight was fine, little turbulance but nothing bad.

Then detroit is where things went bad, firstly it took ages to get to the immigration officials place. THen the guy there was like treating me like shit just because i was staying for 5 weeks. Uh hello mister the waiver is 90 days the 5 weeks comes no where near it. Get your attitude in order and just let me in, I will go back to uk after the 5 weeks crying

no matter how much i'm despirate not to.

Well after the immigration guy issue there was done i went to wait for the flight to nashville, well firstly the gate which it was meant to arrive at there was a plane there not moving making it late to board anyway. Then when we did board it 20 minutes late, we where told that there where maintenence issues which needed to be sorted and then a long time later we where taken off the plane.

It was then waiting 2 hours later that we where allowed back on the plane, since i could not call terra another passanger (who was also on the plane from londong to detroit with me) let me use his phone to call Terra and liz to let them know i would be late arriving at nashville by 2 hours or more.

So then the flight was underway, nothing happened on it. Got there and landed, walking through the airport to where you pick up the luggage and i was seen by Liz and Terra before i saw them and was called over laughing

. Took a few minutes before we got my luggage and we where able to drive home (yes i did say home for Terra's place cause right now it is home to me).

Well since my arrival i have spent time with liz, played games (KH is actually a good game) and played with the girls. Last friday we celebrated Terra's bday and had a couple of gaming nights which are fun. Not even a week has gone and i am really loving it here, i still feel a little like an outsider but hopefully that will end soon smile
