Being Real... Pt. 1

The funny thing about blind sight is that no matter how hard you want to go in the past and fix things....you just can't.

I've made mistakes, pretty big ones, and I want you all to learn from them, since it's too late for me.

When you find love, you have to be careful. Just because you have it, doesn't mean you cannot lose it. Love is so fragile, so beautiful, so special, and so rare. Don't waste it by being petting and ugly. Be honest to the one you love and to yourself.

No one is perfect, don't try to be, but try to be the best person you can be. Oh you'll make mistakes, but own up to them, say your sorry, mean it, and forgive and move on.

Don't be jealous, if he or she looks at another person. Just because they look at someone beautiful or handsome doesn't mean they are wanting to get into their pants. Perhaps they are just appreciating the beauty. There is nothing wrong with that. What's important is who they come home to every night.

Words can hurt. So can jokes. It's not funny if you are demeaning them or making fun of them. Why would you want to hurt someone that you proclaim to love? Give them love and they will stay, give them pain and they will leave.

Respect them. Do unto them as you would want done unto you. It's the golden rule for anything. Don't talk ill of them behind their back. Be honest and true.

Talk to them. This is the biggest mistake. You have to be honest with your mate. You have to tell them when they are messing up. If you don't you'll just hate them one day and that will solve nothing and you'll both just end up miserable. If you have a problem with them, take it to them, keep it in house. Don't go telling your friends or their friends. Don't talk bad about them or let other people talk bad about them. And when you talk to them, be kind. There is no reason to yell or be mean.

Forgive. You have to forgive them or nothing is solved.

If you both do these things then you have a chance, if you don't, there is no chance. May you have the love that you all deserve.
